As an Engineering Trainee in the area of Reliability, you will actively participate in expert and project tasks as well as in cross-departmental projects. You check and optimize the evaluations of maintenance processes and adjust the presentation of results accordingly and you work on the improvement of existing preventive maintenance systems.

You have successfully completed your studies - preferably a master's degree - in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, electrical or process engineering, business administration or similar

Your trainee at the Nachterstedt site
Locationinfo: The two plants in Nachterstedt in Lower Saxony employ around 1,050 people and are one of the biggest employers in the region. The rolling mill supplies high-quality, surface-refined aluminium products to the automotive and can-making industries as well as to industrial and hardware stores. The recycling center - the largest of its kind in Europe - is dedicated to recycling used beverage cans and other waste.
Novelis Nachterstedt is strongly involved in local activities in cooperation with schools and universities to promote interest in science and technology. The plant is also known for its ongoing support of safety education provided for kids at kindergarten up to the local fire department.
